During Kassian Maritime’s history, numerous newbuilding projects have been undertaken for a variety of bulk carrier sizes – Supramax, Ultramax, Kamsamax etc. The most recent newbuilding project was based on a contract with Mitsui Engineering and Shipbuilding (MES) of Japan for the construction of a 62000 DWT bulk carrier with cargo gear. The construction was carried out at MES facilities in Chiba, Tokyo, and was succesfully delivered on August 2019.
