90 YEARS EXPERIENCE
Kassian Maritime Ltd. is a shipmanagement company which was established in the 1930s. Initially, the vessels were operated from Europe until the outbreak of World War II. Then, the shipping enterprise was transferred to New York and in the 1950s the company operated in London, New York, and Piraeus. Today, Kassian’s Offices are located in Palaio Faliro, Athens, Greece.
Currently, the Kassian fleet comprises of 8 bulk carriers (Panamax, Kamsarmax and Capesize) of a total carrying capacity of 901,806 DWT, which transport dry bulk cargoes such as grain, coal and iron ore. Its modern management style is characterised by a human orientation that considers its people working ashore and onboard as its greatest asset. The Kassian Team is composed of senior-level shipping experts carefully selected in order to fulfill the company’s objectives and core values with its main aim being continuous improvement.
